At Pixi Beauty, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must have been purchased directly from our official website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
